First year of hosting for some veteran Corndoggers. We are bringing this wonderful tradition to the Clermont Farm in the tiny village of Hume, Virginia. All are welcome; spare beds and couches for overnight crashers can be reserved beforehand on a first-come, first-served basis. Dogs, tots and kegs provided; otherwise a suit-yourself potluck is encouraged.

Currently we only have one television (55 inches, HD... of course), and preference will be given to the UCLA Bruins game, followed by any other individual requests or popular vote.

Lawnsports (horseshoes, bocce, cornhole and cups) available, weather-permitting.

A Hume Tourney Bracket will be hosted in the week beforehand, as well as a Corndog Day B-Ball Prognosticator (details to follow day-of)

If you're in the area, stop by for a Dog! We love getting to know our neighbors, and this is year one of what is sure to be a beloved tradition.

Nope. Want to start a tradition though, as we plan on living on this farm for a long time. And I know a lot of fellow teachers (that I either work with now, in Front Royal, or worked with previously in Alexandria) who will absolutely love this.

I attended the Narrow House party in Washington DC for the last three years. One of the hosts (there are a LOT of them) was dating a girl I taught with, and she wisened me up to this awesome tradition.
