The big day is here!!! To help with anything that comes up during the day, please use this thread to post questions, tips, recipes, NCD sitings, news clippings and anything else.
We've posted the updated 2009 Triple Double certificates as well -- but remember, you gotta earn these!

I hereby deputize you in the name of National Corndog Day...
Please place your right hand on this burning hot corndog fresh out of the fryer, and place your left hand over your heart attack.
As a party host, I hereby deputize you in the name of National Corndog Day to act in the capacity of an NCD official for the purpose of authorizing single-, double-, and triple-double certificates
Such authority is only to be exercised over the guests who attended the party you hosted, and is only valid for the week following NCD.

So how do we get an NCD official to sign these? I hosted a party, and we had several folks earn certificates (I can fax you the score sheet!)
