Burlington elite squad, our medal winners. John, Ken, and Rob, Triple Double finishers, what more can we say. Myself (Katrin) our top female finisher with a double double (tots, beer, +4 dogs), and Dani, beers, beers, and more beers (a single double, but she just kept drinking). You make Vermont proud.

That last bite really hurts. John on his last bite of the triple double. He talked a big game, AND he followed through. Aa rookie with a TD, using JUMBO dogs, does it get much sweeter than this?

Ken happily eats his dogs, no idea of the pain that is yet to come. His is a story of perseverance.

Waiting for strength to carry on...Rob may have earned his triple double using veggie dogs, but he also didn't start until 4:30 or 5pm in the afternoon. I think his strategy was one of the tortoise, slow and steady, one dog or tot or beer at a time, never boasting of his achievements or claiming he was on his way to the TD until it was well in his sites. A job well done.
