Good turnout, dinner crowd is slowing down. Lots of slow moving folks but very satisfied.

NCD Portland had a good final turnout. The festivities didn't really get going until the second tipoff of the day, but then good folk a-plenty came out for it.

Portland had a split in the roster. Pre-noon brought 5-6 families with kids and lots of friends. Kids couldn't handle the pace.
A second wave of well-wishers showed up mid 3rd round and turned it on. Yet all told, only one Triple Double was accomplished.

Hosting your first Corndog Day? Take heart. In the past, there have been occasions where NCD fell the day after St. Patrick's Day. This can mean a very slow beginning, as people are sleeping in and taking their own sweet time getting to the festivities.
